Its that time of year again. October Beerfest is fast approaching.

∫ The Year 1-4 Reception – September 24, 2009
The RESS (Regina Engineering Students Society) has been hosting the Year 1-4 Reception for 18 years. We will be hosting it again this year on Thursday September 24, 2009, at the Terrace Rotunda/Plaza at Innovation Place 140 – 10 Research Drive.

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held Thursday, March 5, 2009 at 1pm in room ED106.1.
Your opinions matter to us, so come voice them on Thursday!

1-4 Reception
The RESS is hosting the 17th annual Year 1-4 Reception on Thursday March 12, 2009, during Engineering Week, at the Terrace Rotunda/Plaza at Innovation Place 140 – 10 Research Drive from 7pm – 9pm. The semester is coming to an end. This isn’t just the end of 2008; it also marks the moment when the second years have officially made it through their third semester. The RESS likes to celebrate this achievement every year with 2nd Year Mug Ceremony!!

Yes, it’s here! Beer in the Lounge is tomorrow!! And, yes, it is 5 for $5. Come see the lounge decked out in Halloween decorations and drink Great Western for cheap! Costumes are strongly encouraged.

UPDATE: 2nd Year Mug Ceremony
The 2nd Year Mug Ceremony will now be held in The Lazy Owl!
2nd Years please show up at 5PM.
All other engineers are welcome to show up for free beer at 6:30PM, and the joint cabaret with RESS, KHSS and Justice will be starting at 8PM.
2nd Year Mug Ceremony & Git ‘R Done!
2nd Year Mug Ceremony will be held on Saturday, December 1st in the Multipurpose Room, Riddel Centre. This event is free and highly recommended for all 2nd Year Engineering students. You will be given your 2nd Year Name and if you pass, your 2nd Year Mug. (Free beer may be involved…)
